Apostle Charles Hackman, the founder and Executive Producer of the H4P Crew, is also the CEO of N4G International, an accredited Ghanaian company that seeks to generate a passion for innovation and creativity with the result of establishing a perfect economy in Africa and beyond. He is also the founder and the senior lecturer of Excellence School of Divinity (E-SOD), a Divine institution mandated by God to trumpet God’s current intentions to the nations.
He is a sent one from God who focuses on repositioning God's people into righteousness by recovering lost truths. The only way truth can survive in a strange environment is when it has ideal conditions or structures.
He believes that there is the need to prepare a generation which will be able to unify heaven and earth in order to restructure the foundations which have gone out of course by pulling it back into accuracy.

In an interview I conducted with the Executive Producer of the H4P Crew, here are some few things on his mind;
Interviewer: Congratulations Sir! How do you feel composing 70 songs in one year?
Apostle: Honest truth is that I feel disappointed really because seventy songs in one year is a little bit unfair to God. Because if he had us all the year round, we would have gone beyond seventy songs.
In as much as we bless and thank God for it, we have to possibly apologize to him that we were not there all year round for him to give us more than that so I think we are going to make amends in the coming year and that’s one of the main reasons why I think that this project of counting our blessing is necessary.
In the whole world it has never happened. It’s a record that has been set. You can check it out on any network, any internet site you can find. But the reason why we are not making noise over it, is because we are not proud of it, we could have done better. And for me, I have a couple of things in mind. First of all, we need to show gratitude in as much we have not been available for God to use us like he wants to. Somebody who shows gratitude can climb any altitude, you can go as far as God will want you to go because you show gratitude.
Imagine a story in the bible about Saul that was going to look for his father’s sheep. He went with one of his servants to look for the sheep. In a nut shell, Saul meets Samuel and Samuel then anoints him, Saul becomes King. But there is a little ingredient that we have left out. When the animals were not being found, Saul said, let’s go back home because my father is worried. Then the servant said "no, let’s go to the seer he will help us". Then Saul said, "we have nothing", the servant said "I have something; bread and wine". So you can see from the story that it was the servant that pushed Saul into his destiny.
Here is my point; what did Saul do for this servant when he became King; absolutely nothing. Saul never expressed gratitude to this servant that literally held him and pulled him into his destiny. Guess what, Saul could not stay on the throne, he was overthrown. Gratitude has a way of creating stability, impact, and establishment. And so we want to thank God, we want to count our blessings, we want to name them one by one, and we want to go through all the seventy songs and tell God that we are grateful but there is more.
Interviewer: Looking at all the things you do for people, I can see you have a great love for your generation?
Apostle: I want to grow to the extent where I can love this generation. I want to pour out my spirit to love this generation to the extent that the world will see that what they know as love is not love; but there is something different that God wants to produce in this our time.
Interviewer: What will be the role of man in God's unfolding agenda?
Apostle: In the bible, when God came on the scene to create, everything was in shambles, everything was turned upside down. God could have created everything and left. Why did he create man then created everything? The reason is, it does not matter how big God is, it will take man to let God be seen to be that big. If you are not there it doesn’t matter what God will do, it will not benefit you. God cannot benefit himself because he is benefit. So for him to release his benefits there must be somebody there. And anytime there is nobody, he comes back and says where at thou, where are you? You should be in a place where I can smell on you, sing over you, pour my spirit on you.
So, it is important that our availability is what God needs to express his Divinity. If we don’t do that then the Divinity of God will continue to be a mystery but I think great is the mystery of godliness because God made flesh was seen by angels, preached on in the world, justified by the spirit and received into glory so that the glory can fill the whole earth as the waters cover the sea.
Interviewer: What is the role of Music in God's agenda?
Apostle: One of the things we should realize is that there are ranks, there are what we call the rankings of God. In the rankings of God, the leading rank are the musicians (by the way i'm not talking about what happens in heaven). The bible puts it this way, Judah must go first.
Anytime leadership will be meaningful, it must be birthed out of music. Any leadership that will impact the world or has ever impacted the world did so through the agencies of music. You can go through history and you will notice how the people that made impact did so with the various strange kinds of music, they built strange kinds of musical instruments, they did many amazing things.
I can remind you off head the story about the man by name Nebuchadnezzar who had an amazing dream. In the dream, he saw a statue, the head of gold and the breast of silver and all that to the feet, different metals. When he saw it and the interpretation was given to him that he was the gold and that another Kingdom will rise after him and so forth. He didn’t want any Kingdom to come and over throw him. So he built the statue all of gold so from the beginning of the century to the end of the century he will still be alive. And for the whole world to seal that covenant, he created all sorts of musical instruments. And this is what he said; "when you hear the sound of the trumpets and musicians and everything with music, bow".
Anytime you do something without the music, whether you play it or somebody plays it that covenant is not strong. Nebuchadnezzar knew that if they bow without music, the covenant is not sealed. There are ways of sealing sacrifices. Nebuchadnezzar knew it is an age old secret. And when you seal the thing it makes it strong.
The only thing that destroyed Nebuchadnezzar was that there were three guys who refused to bow. The reason why these three guys refused to bow is because they also knew that once there is music, if they bow it will work. So they said even if our God won’t save us we won’t let your covenant come to pass. So music is leadership, leadership birthed out of music is quality leadership and when leadership employs music; quality music, we will get to the point where there is nothing we will want to happen that won’t happen.
All over the world if people want to contest for presidency, they employ the agency of music and what the musicians are able to do gives them more votes. The song you can sing easier, remembering the name of the person would make you vote for the person in spite of the qualities they have or do not have. So I think that as a church, a ministry, a people of God we should realize the power in music.
These are a few things he said when I asked him the last question:
Interviewer: What is next in your music pursuit?
Apostle: There are a lot of things I need to know, see and get but at every junction I get to, I will make sure what we produce will hit the world. It doesn’t matter whether we’ve gotten to the final destination or not. At every junction we will do international standard products that the world will know that there is something we can do for God.
My whole mind is to push forward an agenda of God which is; God wants to disgrace this world. He wants to bring the world to their knees before his people and I always say that it will take confidence and boldness on the part of God’s people so that they will receive and accept it. Imagine somebody like the president of the United States coming to Africa, coming to Ghana not to look for the Ghanaian President but the Pastor of Word Fire Generation Ministries. You need to be bold to still maintain your Godship when the whole world is focusing on you because what they think is important; a person they think is important sees you as important. And I think that is the kind of confidence we need to develop from now.
There is a King within us; we shouldn’t look at the servant on the outside. Let’s listen more to the King on the inside. God is raising people all over the world that are going to understand that Divinity is beyond excellence. Excellence is amongst men. And so if God deserves the best, shouldn’t we give him the best. And so we must always make sure that we are the best if we want to offer ourselves to God.
Otherwise let us not give ourselves to God and go and look for other things that are best and give it to God. I’m thinking about the days coming when there will be economic issues in African countries and they will write petitions and send their presidents to this assignment to beg us to let one of our members come and live in their country so that they prosper.
But how can we be those agents when we have not become it ourselves. That’s the burden I’m carrying because we must be wealth so that we can give wealth, we must be glory, everything, so that we can give everything. When a righteous man steps at a place, because the soles of his feet has stepped there, the place is blessed. Why should we not grow blessed people and send them out to replenish the world.
That is why I keep saying that there are three things necessary; one; submission, two; submission, three; submission. So that you can be remade into who you are supposed to be so that you can be sent out there not to get help but to give help.
Divinity is everything but Divinity doesn’t give anything. If you are going to get things proceeding from Divinity, it must be by demand, request. There are so many things locked up in me but I can’t say it until you ask a question. Questions open dispensations. The kind of demand you put on Divinity will determine the kind of output that will be released. That is why the collaboration between Divinity and man is very crucial. I think we should expect God to show himself; I call it Eja kika wuhue na yi wu hu edi tsire ye.
My comments (Interviewer): from the discourse I have had with Apostle, you will realise that for Him the Crew is His immediate Priority and he will do anything to ensure their success.

Our Assignment
We have happened in a dispensation, in such a time as this when the original mind of God for mankind is knocking on the doors of many. Nothing is ever going to satisfy any more if it is not cooked with the refiner’s fire that purifies and purges from the plague of humanity and its entourage. Nor is anything going to be fulfilling if it does not usher us into the fulfillment of ages, where what is normal to Father becomes normal on earth one more time. The bible will put it this way; ‘They will be done on earth as it is in heaven’.
Thanks to the Father of this age and movement, Apostle Charles Hackman, under who’s auspices this assignment is going to be birthed. It is paramount to indicate the fact that there have been grounds covered that may look like this is the Assignment we are talking about, but further insight allows us to understand that this kingdom Assignment is far out-reaching than any church has exhibited. We abhor the very tenets of religion and tradition, which continues to embalm the supposed elects of God in a world of illusion, birthed by ignorance as a result of ignoring details that could enlighten us to truly perceive the God we claim to serve as he really is. We are by the Spirit of God fighting such ignorance through pure unadulterated word from God, leaning on his current moves and journeying along as far as it would take us to unravel the perfection we are to stand for in this age. This even when achieved, does not fully spell out this assignment.
His kingdom, power and Glory is waiting to be manifested in true sons of God, Gods that have enough spirit to start a revolution that changes the course of time and turns the world right side up for Father to call this place home again. Whiles others are waiting to be taken into the skies because of a doctrine devoid of details, we are sowing ourselves and sacrificing all that stands between us and manifesting the God that we are, preparing to take over the kingdoms of this world back to be the kingdoms of our God. We believe that God is raising his last army, a generation that is unlimited by doctrines and traditions, a generation that seeks to meet the needs of God rather than beg for their needs to be met, one that pulls down the structures on earth that do not glorify God and presents a perfect world without blemish.
The signs are clear and the witnesses are many to indicate the fact that God is too serious about this holy transformation of our generation into perfection to allow the elements of nature to keep on thriving and feeding on the flesh of ignorant spirits. This transformation is going to affect every bond that lacks a divine foundation. It is going to affect marriages, bring the deserved honor to women, affect social ties to institutions, government, economies etc after judgment has began in his house-the Church first. Nothing is ever going to be the same again, for change itself shall be changed.
For the elect that would stand with us to make this change affect us in the positive way, it will take the humility of spirit and a continual enlightenment from one level of Glory to another to really learn to be led by the spirit of God and not the doctrines of men.
